Scotland Exit from Brexit Rally and Q&A

With recent polls showing more than 50% of the public want a say on the final Brexit deal with the option to Remain, never has there been a time to learn more about the state of the debate on both sides of the Channel and how you can get involved.

Hosted by the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats MEP, Catherine Bearder, she will be joined by Edinburgh West MP, Christine Jardine and Chair of the Scottish European Movement, Vanessa Glynn for a morning rally and Q&A on the future of the Brexit debate.

Christine Jardine has been a journalist, a broadcaster and university teacher. Christine has been at the centre of Liberal Democrat campaigning since 2009 and was the Scotland Media Adviser in Downing Street during the coalition and took 19,030 votes to come second to Alex Salmond in Gordon in 2015.

Vanessa Glynn has been honorary fellow of the Europa Institute, University of Edinburgh since 2011. Previously she has been Head of Scottish Government Europe Strategy team and established Scottish Government devolved office, Scotland House, in Brussels. Vanessa was also Head of the Scottish Parliament EU and International Unit and founded and directed the Scottish Parliament Festival of Politics.Vanessa has been involved in European politics for many years with her first major project to organise the European Council, Edinburgh 1992.
